FirstLight Home Care of Canada opens first location to deliver personal and companion care services to individuals in the Province of Ontario

ST. THOMAS, ONTARIO, CANADA – MAY 28, 2020 – FirstLight® Home Care of Canada, a provider of non-medical home care services, is thrilled to open its first territory in the Province of Ontario. FirstLight Home Care of St. Thomas is located at 45 Metcalfe Street, St. Thomas, ON N5R 5Y1.

Sam Riad owns FirstLight Home Care of St. Thomas, which provides companion and personal caregiving services to residents in St. Thomas, London and other surrounding cities. Earlier this year, FirstLight announced the international expansion of its caregiving services to Canada as part of a master franchise agreement.

Riad and his team will deliver quality non-medical home care to people who need companionship and support at home, including seniors, veterans, adults with disabilities and those recovering from illness, injury or surgery. Highly trained FirstLight caregivers help with many needs, from errands, transportation and household tasks to individual responsibilities like bathing and personal hygiene.
