FirstLight® Home Care Expands to Rutherford County
National non-medical home care provider opens second location to meet community’s increasing need for home care, senior care services
RUTHERFORD COUNTY, TN – December 5, 2017 – FirstLight Home Care, an award-winning provider of non-medical home care, has expanded to Rutherford County, TN. This is the second location for residents and FirstLight owners Jason and Scotty Falk. The office provides a variety of home care, companion care and senior care services to residents of the Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Nolensville and Rutherford County communities.
The Falks also have a FirstLight office in the Franklin, TN area that has been serving clients in Franklin, Brentwood, and Nashville since 2011. Earlier this year, that office was recognized as one of the country’s top home care providers by the 2017 Best of Home Care Awards. These awards, based solely on feedback from clients, are presented annually by Home Care Pulse, a third-party research and quality assurance home care satisfaction measurement firm.
“We feel very blessed and grateful to be able to expand our services to additional clients in need of non-medical home care,” said Jason Falk. “With the ever-expanding senior population and increasing healthcare costs, home care makes more sense for people than ever before. We want FirstLight to be that extra helping hand for those needing care but wishing to remain in the comfort of their own home, while offering peace of mind to the families helping to provide that care.”
FirstLight Home Care helps area seniors, new and busy mothers, those recovering from surgery, illness and injury, and other adults aged 18 and older in need of assistance. Highly-trained caregivers are available to help with many needs – from household duties such as cooking, cleaning and running errands, to mobility assistance and dementia care.
Since opening its first franchise location in 2010, FirstLight Home Care has experienced steady growth and is now serving or in the process of serving clients in more than 150 locations throughout the U.S.
