FirstLight Home Care Honored by Home Care Pulse

CINCINNATI – (March 3, 2014) – FirstLight Home Care, a leading provider of non-medical, in-home care, has earned distinction as a 2013-2014 Home Care Pulse Endorsed National Provider and a recipient of the Best of Home Care Endorsed National Provider Award.

More than 25 FirstLight Home Care locations also were recognized as Home Care Pulse Best of Home Care Providers of Choice, two of which were recognized as Employers of Choice, as well. Nationally recognized franchise locations span the country from coast to coast.

The Best of Home Care Endorsed National Provider Award is granted to businesses that have earned the highest marks in client satisfaction interviews performed by Home Care Pulse. FirstLight is among an elite group of only eight home care providers to earn the award.

The Home Care Pulse Endorsed National Provider Award goes to companies who believe strongly in providing the best home care. These companies have contracted with Home Care Pulse to effectively measure the quality of care they are providing, based on feedback from clients and caregivers.
