At FirstLight, we understand the difficulty of finding quality, compassionate care for your loved ones in the communities of Ashland, Grayson, Morehead, and Maysville. We have seen this need being unmet with our families and friends, and wanted to make a difference. Not only a difference for those who need care, but for our community as a whole.

Shadow and Rebekah Skaggs, Owners

FirstLight Home Care of Grayson is owned and operated by Shadow and Rebekah Skaggs. Both Shadow and Rebekah were born and raised here in Northeastern Kentucky in the town of Grayson. Northeastern Kentucky was home, is home, and will always be home for both of them.

Shadow brings over 7 years of nursing experience to the team as well as business start up experience. Rebekah also brings over 5 years healthcare experience in the form of athletic training. Together, they have one vision in mind:
