Our care professionals provide safety, comfort and companionship for adults who need support. But we do more than make a meal or help with mobility. FirstLight Home Care offers our Caregivers the following:
- Flexible Work Schedules- If you are going to school or working another job we are willing to work around your schedule. With this said, we do have specific shifts that need to be covered so the more you are available the more hours you will be scheduled for.
- Competitive Pay – We offer pay rates that are competitive and fair. Our rates are based on experience and the rates within the communities worked. Rates range from $15.00 – $17.00
- Bonuses- Refer a friend and when they apply and work 90 days you get a $100 bonus!! It is that simple.
- Additional Training – We offer CPR, dementia and several other trainings free of charge
