Strangely enough, I am writing a review for a company that we are not actually using. We have been having some extra in-home healthcare through a service for my father, who lives in an ALF and the cost is not sustainable. So, I have been … More calling around trying to see if there was a more affordable option. Although First Light is comparable to the service we've been using cost-wise, and therefore not an option for us, I simply have to take a moment to say that my brief interaction with their intake coordinator, Brian Wirth, made me wish we could use them. He reached out immediately with very helpful information, and even after I explained that they were out of our price range, he responded thoughtfully, and provided a few helpful suggestions. He had no reason to do that, we weren't going to be a customer. I think that can be an indicator of the kind of business and people who work for First Light . Just wanted to share my experience.
