FirstLight Home Care Makes Office Move to Accommodate Growth, Foster Collaboration

CINCINNATI, OHIO – November 30, 2021 – FirstLight Home Care, a leading provider of home care services, has announced an office move to a larger, more open space that will encourage collaboration and support the company’s continued long-term growth.

FirstLight’s home office headquarters remains in the same building, at 7870 East Kemper Road, but has moved to a larger space at Suite 400.

“We are excited to relocate to our new, larger space,” said president Glee McAnanly. “This move represents another milestone for our company and reinforces the continued commitment to our culture of care. The new office better accommodates our growing team and enables us to hire additional talent to support our franchisees across the FirstLight system.”

The space features technology-enabled conference rooms where teams can meet and collaborate, extra room for field operations team members and a large common area ideal for celebrations, team building activities and events that promote camaraderie. The additional space also gives the company improved capacity in which to host its franchisees and their team members.

Earlier this year, FirstLight Home Care expanded its Business Development, Operations and Healthcare Strategy teams. Most recently, the company added to its Marketing and Finance teams.

The company recently celebrated the move with an office warming party and an official ribbon cutting with team members, franchisees and community partners.
