Owner Donna Willis operates the location, which provides companion and personal caregiving services to residents in Reno, Sparks, Verdi, Incline Village and surrounding communities.

FirstLight Home Care of Reno delivers non-medical home care services to individuals in need of companionship and support at home, including seniors, veterans, adults with disabilities and those recovering from illness, injury or surgery. Donna has a passion for making a real difference in people’s lives. She was a family caregiver to both of her parents, providing care to her mother, as well as to her father who was ill with cancer.

“My life has been filled with the joy of serving others, in church communities, for friends and family and as an Interior Designer,” said Donna. “My heart for service drew me to this opportunity, and I am blessed to provide care and assistance to those who need extra support. My goal is to provide the highest standard of exceptional care, safety, compassion, companionship, trust and hope for those in need in our community so that they may stay in their home and enjoy life to its fullest!”
